Outcast Karts are built with 5/8" of lead. For further adjustment, caster plates feature three lead adjustments on both sides for minor to extreme adjustments for any size track.
High-quality billet aluminum caster blocks are clearly labeled for accurate adjustments. Simply loosen the upper heim joint and lower bolt and rotate the block on the pin to the desired setting. Quick and easy!
Split axle bearing cassettes feature a removable lube ring. Using a pill, change crossweight or ride height from 0 to 1/16" or 1/8" on either or both sides for up to 1/4" of vertical travel.
Need more vertical axle adjustment? Innovative axle cassette mounts feature two chromoly components welded together for strength and rigidity. Locate the cassette high or low for ride height adjustment.
Standard features include lightweight hubs and axle collars with steel bearings. Ultra-free rolling ceramic bearings are an option at an additional cost in the front, rear, or both.
Innovative in design, the Outcast's front end is unlike anything else. The design provides incredible right front tire bite without sacrificing corner speed. It's proven fast on indoor and large tracks alike.
The lightweight solid aluminum steering upright is drilled with two settings for various heights for drivers from juniors to adults. Remove a bolt, adjust the steering upright up or down, and replace the bolt. Easy!
The zinc-plated front seat sliders rest in a block that requires a single 1/2" wrench to loosen the nut allowing the slider to move the seat forward or backward and slide the front of the seat to the left or right. Fast adjustment!
The rear bumper is locked into place with no protruding bolts to hang on the nose of another kart. A quick turn of a wrench and it can be run tight or loose. Loop bumpers are optional - at no additional cost.
MCP brakes provide the stopping power. A single brake line improves reliability and if you're easy on the brakes and need a lighter brake rotor - no problem. The lightened Wolf plate is standard on an Outcast.
The front bumper features four pedal locating points for driver's comfort.
Once the body is mounted, you can adjust the height of the nose using the two aluminum brackets mounted to the front bumper. Low for the smooth tracks or raise it for the rough ones.
Adjust caster and camber quickly and easily. There are eight washers to adjust crossweight on either side. Lightweight hubs and aluminum spindle nuts are standard.
Superior quality powdercoating finishes off each Outcast. What color do you want? The choice is yours... at NO EXTRA COST.
